The StEP Steering Committee (SC) has a voluntary Chair appointed all the time. The Chair appointment is rotated amongst elected SC members at least every 1st July and 1st January along the alphabetical order of the SC member's family names.
With 1st July 2009, the Chair of StEP’s Steering Committee will pass over from Per Doefnaes, Ericsson to Christian Hagelüken, Umicore Precious Metal Refining
