In light of recent discussions on the WEEE Recast within the Solving the E-waste Problem (StEP) Initiative, StEP has revisited three passages in the StEP published White Paper "On the Revision of EU’s WEEE Directive – COM(2008)810 final". Based on the agreements upon re-assessment, the following three passages were adjusted:
