During their virtual gathering StEP members appointed the Thai Electrical and Electronic Institute StEP Regional Focal Point for South East Asia, the Basel Convention Coordinating Centre China StEP Regional Focal Point for East Asia, and Griffith University StEP Regional Focal Point for the South Pacific.
The primary purpose of the StEP Regional Focal Points is to act as a link between the StEP Secretariat and members and activities, issues, and members in the region relevant to StEP.
